•This machine is designed to peel potatoes automatically. Potatoes are fed into the machine which has special abrasive lining inside. By sprinkling little moisture, potato skin is removed by rotation process. This machine works automatically on electric motor. Construction of machine is stainless steel. |

•This machine is carefully designed for potato slicing to make slices of desired thickness and design. Peeled potatoes are put in the slicing machine and slices are made by high speed cutter made of special grade alloy steel. Front and back views of the machine are shown in adjasecent picture. This is also a motorized machine suitable for high speed slicing and is available in both stainless steel and mild steel construction.

•This machine is used to extract moisture from potato slices before frying. Potato slices are fed into inner perforated drum which rotates to remove moisture which is drained by bottom outlet.
